New state of the art butchery premises
The new fresh meat processing facility at our base in Heathhall will create new jobs and bring a new range of bespoke meat products to compliment and enhance our existing range of products.
Having our own on-site production facility gives us the flexibility to experiment with new recipe ideas, monitor production and keep up with demand. The introduction of a dry ager is another exciting new addition. Our skilled experienced butchers are keen to provide the very best customer service and quality products to our catering customers.
We are passionate about quality and therefore we will only source local, Scottish and British meat, supporting British farmers. As with everything we do at Thomsons we are keen to drive this new venture with help from our loyal customers, by listening to them we will ensure that we provide the service that fits with their requirements.
