The new, fresh meat processing facility at our base in Heathhall will bring a new range of bespoke meat products to complement and enhance our existing range of products.
Our new butchery unit will give us the opportunity to meet customer demand by offering a more extensive range of meat products, including smaller joints, cut steaks and our own mince and stew.
We pride ourselves on the quality and higher welfare of our meats, and we aim to achieve this by working with some of the UK’s most respected farmers and meat suppliers. These strong relationships throughout the supply chain will ensure that we have full traceability of our products right back to source, giving our customers peace of mind.
Our dry aging unit will provide our customers with a selection of dry aged beef in a range of cuts to suit our customers specific needs. The dry aging process will not only enhance and develop the flavour of our meat, but it will also ensure the meat is as tender as possible, giving you a high end, quality product to serve to your customers.
